Ultimately, our aim is to leverage the tech industry’s resources and innovative spirit to create a sustainable pathway for those who imagine a better future for themselves and their families. Toward this end, Justice Reskill also engages tech industry leaders and hiring managers by introducing them to the moral and practical benefits of hiring justice-involved individuals at their organizations. By overcoming stigmas and stale perceptions, the tech industry can better harness the untapped potential of this vibrant, diverse professional community.
