We are looking for a Software Engineering Instructor to join our team. The Software Engineering Instructor position will play a substantial role in leading the technical training programs and supporting our justice-involved individuals. They will contribute to Justice Reskill’s learning platform, fulfilling the needs of our students, along with regulatory requirements and quality management. The Software Engineering Instructor will interface directly with our technical team and build the curriculum for our learning platform to ensure students are prepared for a successful restart in thriving careers and lives.
As a Software Engineering Instructor for Justice Reskill you will be enthused about learning and able to motivate and cultivate justice-involved individuals to grow in a safe environment.
In Person Information
Note: This is a special in-person role teaching at our new work release program with the Colorado Department of Corrections at our classroom located close to the Buena Vista Correctional Facility. We are working closely with DOC and the Chaffee County Department of Public Health to ensure a safe work environment during the current COVID pandemic. Ideal candidates will have received a COVID vaccine or be willing to take one should they become qualified.

Salary + Benefits
The annual salary for this position is $65,000 - 75,000. Justice Reskill offers health, dental and vision benefits, a 401k plan and a culture that is collaborative, hardworking, and fun.
